General Terms and Conditions of Service

This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between the user and Jackpot 6000. By accessing and using our technical services, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these operating provisions for the Italian territory.

The use of any section of the platform implies unequivocal consent to these terms. If the user does not agree with any of the clauses, they are required to immediately cease using the service and proceed with account closure.

User profile management The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. The creation of multiple accounts for a single individual is prohibited; in case of technical duplication, the system will proceed to suspend all related profiles for security reasons.

The user undertakes to:

• Provide truthful information during registration and verification.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not attempt to violate the technical integrity of the site through malware or cyber attacks.
• Do not engage in behavior that could damage the technical reputation of the brand.

Where applicable to the chosen services:

• Deposits must come from payment methods legally owned by the user.
• Withdrawals may be subject to prior technical validation of compliance with the terms of use.
• Any operational fees will be clearly indicated before the confirmation of each transaction.

The user acknowledges that the use of digital entertainment services involves inherent risks. Jackpot 6000 does not guarantee certain results or financial returns. Access is provided "as is" and may be subject to interruptions for technical maintenance or force majeure.

All content on the platform, including logos, graphics, technical texts, and source code, is the exclusive property of Jackpot 6000 or its licensors. Reproduction or dissemination without written authorization is prohibited.

To the extent permitted by Italian law, Jackpot 6000 will not be liable for indirect damages or malfunctions of the user's internet connection affecting the activity. Our liability is limited to the amounts actually managed on the user's profile during the period of dispute.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in case of violation of terms, suspicious activities, or requests from competent authorities in Italy.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of the contract, the competent court will be the one corresponding to the operational headquarters or the user's residence as provided by Italian law.
